Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any of our multi-tenant SaaS platforms (ColCrate, CARA, TYO, Centrum, Event Ticket Validator, etc.), you signify your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

FrobaTech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our suite of products specifically for your internal business operations. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platforms.
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Interfere with the performance or integrity of our multi-tenant environment.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your tenant space. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Limitation of Liability

FrobaTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FrobaTech operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
